Pentax Announces D-Macro 100mm F/2.8 WR Lens
12.10.2009

Pentax Imaging Systems Division has announced the smc PENTAX-D Macro 100mm F/2.8 WR, an interchangeable lens for use with PENTAX digital and film-format SLR cameras.

The Macro 100mmF2.8 WR is not only stylish and attractive, but strong enough for outdoor work. A high-grade aluminum barrel gives the lens a more sleek and exclusive look, while the weather-resistant construction and PENTAX-original SP (Super Protect) coating shields the front surface from dust, water and grease.

This Pentax lens is also the first interchangeable macro lens to feature a completely rounded diaphragm blade, minimizing the effect of point light sources.
